Rebecca has over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across individual, family, and carer settings. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), a Master of Social Health, and a Master of Education (School Counselling) from Macquarie University and the University of Sydney. Rebecca is fully registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and is an active member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc. (AAPi).
She has worked across diverse public and private sectors, including NSW Health, Sydney Children’s Hospital School, Juvenile Justice, schools, and statewide mental health programs within TAFE NSW and the Department of Education. In addition, Rebecca delivers professional development to allied health professionals, focusing on enhancing therapeutic engagement for children with neurodevelopmental conditions such as autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and trauma-related presentations.
Rebecca’s practice integrates both assessment and therapeutic intervention, drawing on a range of evidence-based approaches. She adopts a person-centred, neuroaffirming framework and is committed to improving wellbeing and quality of life through both therapy and advocacy. Rebecca works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and liaises with healthcare providers and educational systems to support her clients. Rebecca is trained in clinical supervision for provisionally registered psychologists and is an accredited user of the Westmead Feelings Program—an evidence-based, emotion-focused intervention that supports social and emotional skill development in children and adolescents on the autism spectrum.
As a carer for her own child with disabilities, Rebecca brings empathy and insight to her work. She is considered in exploring others’ lived experience and is attuned to supporting people in shifting from being defined by challenges to fostering empowerment and resilience.
Rebecca utilises Total Health Care administrative services and rooms on a part-time basis.
